Do I need an appointment? How long do they last?

Yes, appointments are required to visit our sample bridal boutique. Walk-ins are welcome and we will do our best to accommodate. Each bridal appointment in scheduled for 1hour long. Those appointments can be booked here or by calling our store.

How many guests can I bring?

Due to our small space and off-the-rack model our guest policy is the bride plus 3 adult guests. No children under the age of 10.

What does 'off the rack' mean?

Off-the-rack gowns are gowns that have been tried on as a sample at Illusion Bridal. These gowns have never been pre-owned or worn down the aisle. Since they have been tried on in-store, we are able to offer them at amazing discounted prices.

What sizes are your dresses?

Since we are an off-the-rack boutique our selection and size range can carry as gowns are sold but we typically have gowns ranging from bridal size 8 - 26.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time or a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. In the event of a no call/no show, an automatic charge of $25 will be applied. This policy is designed to accommodate all brides looking to shop with us.

Do you offer alterations in-store?

We do alterations in-store. Our seamstress is available Tuesday through Thursday, 10am to 5pm by appointment only. Alteration pricing varies between the bride's needs, preferences, and other factors.

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final. No refunds, returns or exchanges.

Do you have a payment plan?

We require a deposit of 60% to hold your dress. The remaining balance, if any, will be due when you pick up your dress.

What should I bring to my bridal appointment?

We don't require you to bring any heels or a bra, but your underwear is a requirement. Some brides found it helpful to bring shapewear, a claw clip, and inspiration photos!

What condition are these gowns in?

Each gown is in beautiful condition and go through a thorough check before being brought to Beloved by Illusion. Since they are sample gowns, some gowns may require small repairs - however, this means you get great savings on a beautiful designer gown.

Do you have bridesmaids & mother's dresses?

Yes, our selection of mothers and bridesmaids dresses are available to take home day! An appointment is required to ensure we have a stylist available to assist you.

Do you have veils?

YES! We carry veils & accessories that are ready to go home same day as well! No ordering or waiting necessary.

Are children allowed?

We respectfully ask that only well behaved children that are accompanied by an adult for the entirety of the appointment attend. We want to ensure a great experience for every single bride during their appointment.
