BRIDAL STYLIST

Illusion Bridal is seeking a Bridal Stylist who will provide our brides with an exceptional shopping experience. Potential candidates must be passionate about client relations, bridal industry, fashion, and striving to make customers' visions come true.

Stylists must be available on weekends and other flexible work hours.

MAIN GOALS

- Reflect Illusion Bridal's mission and values of making a bride's dream come true and providing personal, satisfactory customer service.

- Upkeep of shop quality and care.

- Be a team player.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS

- Maintain high, genuine level of customer service.

- Help customers check-out and educate them on the purchasing process.

- Transform a bride's vision, dress expectations, and budget into their reality.

- Be comfortable with working with brides and bridal parties one-on-one.

- Maintain a visually appealing storefront by sweeping, vacuuming, organizing dresses, etc.

- Develop knowledge about Illusion Bridal's inventory and designers.

- Answering the phone and making phone calls to customers.

- Work as a team-player and practice strong communication.

CANDIDATE QUALITIES

- Customer service and/or retail experience.

- Professional phone etiquette.

- Has a personal interest in fashion.

- Be able to lift 20+ pounds and constantly be on feet.

- Can work in a fast paced environment.

- Attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills.

- True team-player.

- Can adapt to quick changes in schedule.
